TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, HOWEVER MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO A LATER DATE UPTO 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR A £3 FEE. CONTACT US ON 01226 730060 AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP. All bookings are subject to a £1.50 booking fee.
ALL CHILDREN UNDER 11 YEARS OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED IN THE WATER BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT (AGE 16+), MAXIMUM 2 UNDER 11's PER ADULT; WITHIN THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Under 4 Years: One adult can accompany one child with no buoyancy aids OR one adult can accompany two children with both wearing buoyancy aids.

4-10 Years Old: One adult can accompany two children with or without buoyancy aids.

Mixed Ages: (Under 4s and 4-10 year olds) One adult can accompany two children if both are wearing buoyancy aids or the eldest child can swim 50m (confirmed by parent)

There may be a limited amount of walk in spaces available but these are not guaranteed, more expensive and cannot be pre-reserved, please book ahead to ensure entry.
All features/slides are subject to availability on the day. During peak times please be aware there may be a wait for slides. Please be aware that the 5m diving board is no longer available for public use.
PLEASE NOTE
During waterpark sessions held on weekdays (School Holidays), our Competition Pool and Diving Boards will close at 15.30 to accomodate our swimming lessons.
