 This session is for people with additional needs and their families only. A free carer ticket requires proof of entitlement, shown at Reception on entry. All other family members must purchase tickets.

Admissions Policy
Children under 8 must be accompanied in the water by an adult (16+), max 2 under-8s per 1 adult:

• Under 4: 1 adult + 1 child (no aids), or 1 adult + 2 children (both with buoyancy aids)
• 4-10 years: 1 adult + 2 children (aids optional)
• Mixed ages: 1 adult + 2 children if both wear buoyancy aids, or eldest can swim 50m (parent-confirmed)

Please Note

• To keep noise levels low and comfortable for all guests, Eruption, the flumes, and diving boards are closed during this session.  
• The Wave pool, Barnacle Bay and Splash Ahoy will be open for use. However, the wave feature is currently out of action.
• Spaces are limited, so pre-booking is recommended to ensure entry is guaranteed.
