Adult supervision (required for all under-11s in the water, max 2 children per adult):

• Under 4: 1 adult : 1 child (no aids), or 1 adult : 2 children (both with buoyancy aids)
• 4-10 years: 1 adult : 2 children (aids optional)
• Mixed ages: 1 adult : 2 children if both wear buoyancy aids, or if the eldest can swim 50m (parent-confirmed)

All accompanying adults must be pre-booked. Parties are non-refundable and non-transferable
